LIFE WOMEN’S MINISTRY
Mission Women’s L.I.F.E. mission is to host Christian women’s events and provide resources that equip women to handle life’s difficulties while enriching their hearts, encouraging their souls and expanding their ministries. 2 Corinthians 3:17 17 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.
Men of Power
Life Men’s Ministry exist to develop Men who are equipped and empowered with the full amour of God’s purpose, plans and provisions to be leaders in their homes, church, and community.
Ages 21 and up.
Singles Ministry
Singles Ministry, a thriving and welcoming group designed for individuals in all stages of singleness. Singles – never married, divorced, and windowed or not in a committed relationship. Whether you have been single for a while or are newly embracing this season of life. Our ministry is dedicated to helping you grow in your relationship with God and find companionship and support. Together, we will navigate the joys and challenges of singleness while deepening our faith and forming lasting friendships.
Life Seniors Ministry
The purpose of the Seniors ministry is to communicate and share God’s love to those in the church family and the community. We want to serve and not be served to give and not to receive. We want to be seen as an asset not liabilities as givers and not consumers. Our emphasis is to SERVE: · As a means of providing meaningful relationships with our fellow seniors members · As affirmation of faith and encouragement to others seniors · As an outlet for seniors to use gifts and skills in the church · As a means for seniors to “keep mentally alert” and become more physically active · As a means for seniors to actively participate in the spiritual growth of the church family and share God’s love to those outside the church
Living on Purpose
The youth ministry is designed to embrace, empower, and equip all youth in a safe learning environment. The ministry focuses on helping youth develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. The principals for being a follower of Jesus will influence youth decisions and choices in life that will protect their life so that they can live the best life for giving God the Glory through their life.
Life Self Care Ministry
The purpose of the Life Church Self-care Ministry is to strive to offer members multiple opportunities to engage in self-care activities that will effectively allow for a more balanced approach to serving our entire church community. We will inform, educate, and inspire members to place self-care consistently in their lives, for such a time as this.
The Life Church Self Care Ministry is to work in collaboration with the Women’s Ministry, and other ministries within Life Church, by engaging in acts of self-care throughout the year. Our scriptural reference is Matthew 11:28-29. In addition, we will do the following:
*host quarterly events at church (or offsite)
*establish a Life Church GirlTrek walking group
*collaborate and coordinate events with the Women’s Ministry
Discipleship Everywhere
Discipleship Everywhere, Every Time with Everyone is a Real Time, Real Touch, Real Transformation by Learning Together Watching, Discussing and Sharing Key Learnings from Our Study of the Life and Person of Jesus Christ and How to Apply to Our Everyday Life. Commit To the Journey of Transformation but Don’t Do It Alone, Invite Someone.

Compassionate Care Ministry
The Compassionate Care Ministry provides visitation to members who are long-term convalescents either at home or in the hospital for at least 30 days or more. This ministry provides special services to members within our capacity, and maintains follow-up at least twice per month, or as need dictates, until the member can return to church and their normal daily activities.
Outreach
Mission Statement for Ministry: Life Outreach ministries exist to extend hope, healing and restoration to individuals and families that are in need of God’s Grace to persevere through life challenges. Partnering with God to reclaim and sustain better by representing the love of God.
Goals and Objectives: Our outreach focus includes resources for the community and caring for those in need of assistance.
HOSPITALITY
This ministry is designed to warmly welcome and greet all guests, friends and members upon entering Life Church for worship services. Committee members should desire to extend warmth, display love, and promote a friendly, pleasant church environment. They should have a pleasant personality, be dependable with a neat appearance and be available 30 minutes prior to and 30 minutes following the beginning of worship services.
Scholarship Ministry
The mission of the Life Church Scholarship is to support and commit to the educational advancement of students pursuing their post-secondary education at accredited colleges, universities, and trade schools.
Usher/Hospitality/Greeters
Life Church Usher Board is a vibrant and important position in the ministry. As an Usher you can be considered an ambassador and a forerunner for the church, in the Body of Christ. Our role is supposed to continue long after the church has adjourned. The life of an usher should be an example of Christian living in everyday life. Daily conduct should be in line with the word of God, the Bible, and Life Church. Ushers are required to be punctual and time conscious, committed to serve, obedient and have a good attitude. If you would like to be a part of our Usher Board, give your request to one of the ushers and the ministry director will get in contact with you.

ALTER/BAPTISM
Our altar ministry is for those who are interested in developing the skills to provide spiritual support and prayer for those who have exhibited openness to God as a response to the word of God, baptism in Jesus’ name and have received the Holy Spirit. Altar work is a very important aspect of our worship experience and requires an individual who is sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit as it relates to individuals who are at the point of transition in their lives and need guidance, support, and instruction as it pertains to deliverance and spiritual break through. An individual interested in altar ministry should be very patient and prayerful with a highly sensitive and non-judgmental perspective.
Grief and Loss
Ministering to members who have suffered loss major through death, divorce, separation or financial. The primary mission of this ministry is to provide biblical comfort, support and encouragement, to those individuals who have experienced a loss or death of a loved one. It facilitates a healthy resolution of grief and spiritual restoration. The group is invited to discuss related topics and supporting scriptures, as well as share experiences.
Audio/Visual
Ministry for developing the character, confidence, and courage of young men between the ages of 12-18. Through innovative and creative seminars that will focus on their faith, family, friendships and future, young men will learn and embrace the love of GOD and discover the power, potential and purpose for living a life that brings GOD glory and honor to GOD. The ministry teaching will be based on the lesson learned from biblical young men that GOD used to lead and guide His people to victory.
